1. No Investment Advice
Polymora is a software tool that executes trades on your behalf based on your configured settings. It does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or trading signals. Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. Past Performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any historical data, backtest results, or performance statistics displayed on this platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future performance.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the configuration of your copy trading settings. You acknowledge that trading on prediction markets involves significant risk of loss, and you may lose some or all of the funds you allocate.
4. Platform Role
Polymora is a tool, not an advisor. The platform facilitates trade execution based on your instructions. It does not recommend wallets to copy, suggest trade sizes, or guarantee trade execution or outcomes.
5. Fees
A platform fee is charged on each copied trade. The default rate is 2% per trade, decreasing with volume (see Fee Schedule). This fee is deducted from the trade size before execution. Additional fees may be charged by Polymarket (e.g., taker fees). Fee rates may be adjusted at our discretion.
6. No Warranty
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, trade execution speed, or that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, or technical failures.
8. Non-Custodial
Polymora does not hold, manage, or control your funds. All trades are executed through your own Polymarket wallet. You retain full ownership and control of your assets at all times. Private keys are encrypted and stored solely for the purpose of executing trades on your behalf.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all active copy trading configurations will be stopped. You are responsible for managing your own positions after termination.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. By using Polymora, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using prediction market platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction.
11. Privacy & Data
We collect your email address, wallet addresses, and encrypted credentials solely for the purpose of providing the service. Private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted in-memory during trade execution. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. The platform is not available in jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
